Please help me with this BED RAIL....(Evenflo)
A friend gave this to me...pics below. I put it under the matress and it didn't seem secure. I have no instructions with it. Does anyone have this??
TIA
The last picture it what I was hoping to get from this railing. I want space so DS can get off the bed at his desire. With this evenflo railing, it fits from one end to the other without any gaps.....

I have one similar to what you posted pics of, however mine has a strap in the center that has a "weight" on the end. The "weight" goes on the opposite side of the mattress from the bar as an "anchor" of sorts.
The bar you have is more for use with a twin bed, but can (as we do) be used on a toddler bed.

Thank you very much for your reply. Now I'm wondering if this rail is missing the weight piece that you have!!

I have an evenflo also and there are straps with anchors that attach to the boxspsring on the opposite side of the bed (you can also take the anchors off and attach to a second set of straps on another rail for a full/queen bed). They are what hold the rail on if the child rolls into it.
I haven't seen any rails specifically designed for a crib (but I haven't really looked either!) - this one is definitely made for a standard bed though
you can order replacement parts through the evenflo website
