I have most of the Weight Watchers ones, just wondering what everyone else has.
TIA

Re: Recommend your healthy cookbook
i just bought one of the moosewood cookbooks - it's from the moosewood restaurant in upstate new york. they have it on amazon.
it's mostly vegetarian, but also has fish recipes for meat eaters.
i've tried several of the recipes so far and they are delicious!!

Re: Recommend your healthy cookbook
My forever favorite (and it has the food stains to prove it!) is 1000 Lowfat Recipes by Terry Blonder Golson. It is a good every day cookbook because most of the recipes are simple.
I also have The Food You Crave by Elie Kreiger. There are lots of great recipes in that too- but these IMO aren't really weeknight recipes for the most part. Still, I am trying to make one really nice, semi-fancy meal a week and this one fits the bill.
