Has anybody stayed at the Radisson in New Rochelle?
I'd love to hear how it went. My SIL is looking to block rooms for her wedding. Her reception hall is literally 5 minutes away, but the girls on the Knot have given it bad customer service reviews. SO she wasn't even going to go there, but DH and I stayed there about 4 years ago and liked it. Just wondering about other reviews.
I searched on LIW and only found a few mentions. TIA!!!!!

Try looking it up on TripAdvisor.com
They have tons of user reviews so you can get an idea of people's experiences who have stayed there recently.
I LOVE that site and never travel without looking up my destination on it beforehand!

I guess I am looking more for reviews of those that have blocked rooms for weddings or stayed there under a room block. That's where she heard the customer service stinks.

I stayed there for my wedding and had room blocks.
The customer service was awful when I had questions early on. Especially with the gift boxes. Once I asked to speak to the front desk manager it was smooth sailing. No problems.
Hotel was nice for what it is. I also went and introduced myself to the front desk manager when I dropped off the gift boxes.
