$50 off Crinone coupon
Up for grabs. I will not donate this to a newbie unless they can be vouched for. I know it is only a coupon, but I don't care. I want it to go to someone I know can use it.

The protocol is different for everyone. Did they not order all your meds together at the start is the cycle? You should already know which meds you will be on.

It was so expensive for me too and I wasn't completely out of pocket. My RE gave me samples and then I had to buy around 2 weeks worth and with my coupon it was $70. This coupon expires in April so I can't keep it for TTC next year.

Depends on the doctor and the protocol. My doctor doesn't do PIO for the most part. I actually had a whole discussion with her today about it.

Out of curiosity, what did she say about it?

Re: $50 off Crinone coupon
She said older doctors tend to use PIO, as you can measure the levels in the blood better then suppositories. And doctors who have been in the field like to stick to what they know. She said there have been many studies that show suppositories like crinone are just as effective as PIO, and if the male doctors took the time to inject themselves in the butt and feel the pain the women have to go through they would like change to suppositories :D

I actually was given the choice of PIO and supps for a few of my cycles and chose PIO instead!!!! This time I was actually given the option of switching to oral progesterone around 8 1/2 weeks. I still decided to stick with the PIO! Maybe I'm just a weirdo!!! I love me some butt injects!!
(in all seriousness, I don't mind it at all this time and I'm scared to move to a different form because this has been working so well for me. I also have like 8 more nights to go so why not)

Re: $50 off Crinone coupon
You are definitely a weirdo
Hey, if PIO gives you just some peace of mind then it is worth every single injection.
It is really interesting being in Cali and being on this board to see the differences between how they treat IF on each coast. My RE actually knew the names of so many of the doctors that are mentioned on this site. We also discussed how male doctors dominate the field on the East coast which is interesting.

No they did not. I'm paying oop and so they said they would order as we go. I luckily got meds donated and only needed to buy one ourselves. I guess we will see what they say today.
