Ok, I am about to ask a REALLY dumb question....
Ladies, please forgive me for asking this as I just gave birth and my hormones and level of thinking is all out of whack--
If I plan on going to my sisters for a dinner--do I make the bottles in advance and warm them up there or do I have to make them there? That means I would have to bring the powder formula.

Re: Ok, I am about to ask a REALLY dumb question....
Well if the baby will be due to eat by the time you get there then I would warm one before I leave and give feed the baby as soon as I get there. Then there is a container that comes with 4 compartments that you can but the formula already measured to what he/she drinks. Then you can make them as you need to. So you would have the one that is warm and up to 4 more feedings after that. Relax and enjoy you will be fine.

to make it easier I always just brought the number of bottles I'd need for the visit. (BRU sells decent sized bottle bags to keep them cold) That way I only had to worry about warming and then serving to her

when I go out, I put the formula in the bottle dry and bring a bottle of water with me and just pour the water in the bottle when it's time to feed her.
