 Left over Potatoes
I have potatoes that are cut up with their skin on them from last nights dinner, and I was wondering what I can do with them for tonights dinner. Any good recipes?
The Potatoes were roasted with minced garlic and chicken broth last night. Thanks, Scott

if you're going to make them mashed, then i would just add some milk, butter, salt (if needed)....they already have garlic in them, so......... just whip with a hand mixer, and you should be good to go.

 Re: Left over Potatoes
I would put them in a sauce pan just to heat through. Add milk and butter, salt and pepper and mash.

Make sure the milk is warm it will make them creamier.

 Re: Left over Potatoes
yes, steph is right...you can boil the milk and butter beforehand and THEN add them to the potatoes and mash.

 Re: Left over Potatoes
Throw some BBQ sauce on them and put them in the oven or broiler for a bit.
