 | Repost...starting to get ready for baby...and got lots of questions... I decided to get motivated and start washing some of the babys clothes... I did all the onesies..Pajamaa's and bedding(sheets and blankets as well) the only thing that I havent washed is the actual outfits...
Do you really need to wash every one? I just got so much clothes and dont know what he'll even get to wear...

 ALSO..

What and when did you pack your hospital bag...and what was in it???

ETA: When should I get the car seat installed...and where do I go to get this done?

 TIA

 | Re: Repost...starting to get ready for baby...and got lots of questions... I washed all onsies & the coming home outfits, anything I bought just recently, As well as the PJ's I'm going to wear in the hospital. I beleive it is a must to wash EVERYTHING they will wear.

Wash a few items and once he is born and is home (then you will know what size he is) then wash the other clothes. You might have too many size 0-3 and he might grow out of them quickly and may not get to wear it all. You might want to return some for bigger sizes...did you understand my rambling??? | Re: Repost...starting to get ready for baby...and got lots of questions... I wouldn't wash everything until you bring the baby home. Even then, I would wash whatever you might need week by week. Babies grow quickly and you'll find they'll out grow them very, very quickly. There were times that I needed something quickly and never washed it first and my DD is ok.
I, personally, would aim to have the bag packed by 36 weeks. I have no choice in the matter because for the second time I will be at the hospital having a procedure done that could end up in labor. Here's a list I use:

 Hospital Bag

A pair of flip flops ( to shower)
 The baby book for footprints
 Your own pillow
