Re: ok first dumb and quick new mommy question
I always put very hot water (from the faucet) in a cup and left the bottle in there for about 5 minutes.

Re: ok first dumb and quick new mommy question
I put it in a cup of hot water or a bottle warmer for a few minutes.

Re: ok first dumb and quick new mommy question
I always put a small pot of water on the stove and boiled it while the bottle sat in it. I just lightly "shook" the bottle every minute or so. Hot tap water works too, but it doesn't heat as quickly.
