I think that's a ridiculous amount to spend for ANY birthday party, whether it be a 16th, an 18th, etc. I think it's a ridiculous amount to spend for any event. Even if I had the money, I wouldn't have spent that much on my own wedding. It's completely unneccessary.

I didn't see last night's episode, but I think a lot of these folks "over-estimate" their numbers for the camera.
I can't say I was impressed w/anybody's party yet.
Generally, if you're that wealthy, you're not advertising it on tv...you're hiding from the cameras. It's the "wanna-bes" that do that.

I totally agree!!! These are the people that "seem" to have everything, meanwhile they've maxed out credit cards and carry more debt than we'd ever know what to do with.

5 hours= 300 minutes
300,000.00 divided by the 300 minutes=
a grand total of a $1000.00 per minute!!!!
