To help those with problems sleeping
Just a tip... I'm assuming most people know this - but in case it hasn't been mentioned before...
With all of the back problems I had with my pregnancies, sleeping with a small pillow between my knees (or knees to ankle) really did help me. I was surprised at the difference it made.
I remembered in my second pregnancy that my old boyfriend had 3 back surgeries and needed to sleep with a pillow to alleviate his back pain.

THanks, I do that! I have a travel size pillow that is perfect for that!
Too bad my problem is insomnia! I wake to go pee, then lay awake for hours! It *****!

When should you start sleeping with a pillow? How far along?
