 | Re: House Selling/Buying time question... well......it is ahrd to say how quickly they could sell...With the market the way it is and taxes on LI, IMO Queens homes are desireable.
 But it really depends on the home and the price listed.
 
 Them selling and then having to move out may be an issue. Some sellers put in clauses to when they will move out. But that may make the house less desired

If they put if up for sale close to its fair market value then I def see it moving quickly esp in Queens.
