2 kinda silly questions....
im new at all of this weight loss stuff - so i was wondering 2 things...... both dumb and silly i warn yuou...
when they say a 1/2 cup of say tuna salad - how much does that visually look like if you dont have something to measure it - like if you go to a salad bar - i dont want to do too much...
seond - do they make wheat raviolis? and if so where does everyone get them?

A cup I beleive depending on the size of your hand, is like a fistful.......so 1/2 cup would be maybe 1/2 that??? Its not that much!! LOL
Wheat Raviolis I bought in Waldbaums, in the frozen section, however, I did not try them yet.
