My Dad is putting his home on the market
as upsetting as this is for me- I just wanted to let you guys know - because he is pricing it to move
I don't have pics yet- but it's listed with Coach Realty in Setauket
it's 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath Colonial - in Setauket
it has an additional room over the gargage- we used as a playroom
the bathrooms are all updated
I should have more info this week
but he is lisitng it at $599K- which for the area is a very good deal

I pay twice as much in taxes here in NJ!

he could probably get $100K to $150K more- but we wants to sell the house quick and move to florida
(my Mom passed away 18 months ago and we can't bare to keep the house- no one wants to live there- too many memories)
