So the house we are buying (HOPEFULLY) has a coal stove. The sellers said it can heat the whole house (small inline ranch). My questions are, is it messy (dusty) I have heard it is?
Is it a PITA to remove the whole thing?
Is it $$$$ to get rid of it?
Is coal expensive?
