Any breastfeeding moms on WW
I'm 3 weeks postpartum and was thinking about joining weight watchers. I'm exclusively breastfeeding until I go back to work in November, will be pumping for work and if necessary supplementing with formula. I was just wondering does it work, b/c I know I still have to keep up with my calorie intake to nurse my baby. Should I wait til I supplement my baby with formula to join or just join now?

i stared to do it on my own, then quit, didn't really have a lot of time to committ, but they do account for the extra calories. I thnk you get like 12 extra pts every day.

I'm doing it online... going pretty well - I just have to be careful not to lose too much too quickly because it does seem to affect my supply. I'm losing about 2lbs a week now, which seems to be a good steady amount without impeding my milk supply.
