Why is it that shopping makes me feel so much better?
After a bad day at work and being totally exhausted, I somehow found the energy to stop at Kenneth Cole and buy a great new outfit. I feel so much better.
So....thoughts....WHY exactly does shopping and spending money we don't have make us feel better???

It is the same way for me! But it is so good -- it lifts your spirits and it is also very nice to wear something thta is new and makes you feel great!

Not to sure as to the "why"...All I know is that it has the same effect on me.
Shopping is very theraputic for me...FH does not always agree though

having new clothing makes for something to look forward to
and buying something that you feel
attractive in is always a good thing
also the fact that you went from being stressed to actually looking forward to wearing your new item and looking good in it is a good thing...
also shopping itself takes your mind off of stress

Shopping soothes and relaxes me. OMG, DH would like to hear me saying he would be so annoyed because he feels as though this is my excuse to crazy in the stores.
