thanks so much. good thing I called them b/c for the SA you need an appt and its different than the walk in bldg on jericho . after that, I will go to the other bldg to get my blood drawn for the HCG and then make appt for the HSG, finally! Im done, I want answers and dont care if it hurts, the constant BFN each month are painful enough, thanks for letting me vent,

I hope i am not too late with this...
The lab is not on underhill any longer. the place you need to go to give blood is in the building next to Home depot on Jericho Tpke. It's right across from Friendly's.

Hi, I went this morning, you are right it is 175 Jericho turnpike for blood work for the sperm analysis you have to go to 575 Underhill Blvd for that, they dont take it at 175. thanks!!!!
