 | Question for those who have a Dell computer What system do you have and are you happy with it? DH and I are trying to order a new computer and aren't sure what Dell system to get. We're looking at some that are about $1100. Also, did you get your printer from Dell? Any info/advice is appreciated!
 Thanks!

 | Re: Question for those who have a Dell computer We paid $900 for the Dimension E310 with a flat screen 17" monitor. That included some cheap speakers which we tossed cuz we have good ones, but no printer cuz we already had that. HTH |

 | Re: Question for those who have a Dell computer I have a Dell Deimension 8400 with Printer/Scanner/Copier Combo and Flat Screen. We're happy with it - it's fast and reliable. No big problems, except for one - Dell had to replace the CD disk drive about 6 months after we had it. Not sure if it was a fluke or not, never had a problem since and it's been almost a year since then.

 | Re: Question for those who have a Dell computer I used to be such a Dell fan, but I've seen the light and converted. I will never own another PC again. I found that the Dell product really wasn't as reliable as it used to be, the customer service is impossible to deal with (long waits and you end up talking to someone in India who is almost impossible to understand) and Windows in general just has too many quirks. I am in love with my Apple iMac!!

 | Re: Question for those who have a Dell computer thats alot of money for a dell.....
depending on your needs, you can spend 500-700 and get what you need.

XPS is fast LP but its meant more for gaming (hyped up video card/processer, etc...)

if you shop small business, you can find better deals

for example, your 9150 is 699 now at its configuration

We should be getting it next week. We didn't get a printer from Dell. DH thinks we should go to Comp USA or another electronics store and buy a printer from there.
 Thanks for your help everyone!

Edited because I had the wrong system!

I recommend HP printers....try like a staples or office max as Best Buy/Comp USA likes to over charge stuff

Yes! I was just going to write the same thing. AND...the ink is EXPENSIVE!
