Not finding a lot of info online - can anyone help with current airline rules?

Not finding a lot of info online - can anyone help with current airline rules?
for domestic flights, are you now allowed to bring carry on luggage?
also, are you still not allowed to bring stuff like lipgloss?
I heard that they lifted some restrictions recently but I can't find any info on it

I believe you can bring you carry on luggage just not bring certain items on that..those have to be in the luggage that you checked in...like perfume etc.
If you go to the New York Times or Time magazine website(I can't recall which one right now), yesterday or the day before yesterday has an article about that updating what you cannot put on your carry on luggage but can put it on the luggage you check in.
You can also check the airport's website like someone suggested.
