4 month old stopped sttn- HELP!!!

My DD has been sttn very well from about 7/8 -6/7. Over the past week she has been waking up at 4. I try and comfort her, give her the paci, even rock her when she starts screaming, but it just holds her over until about 4:30-4:40. I don't want to feed her at that hour b/c we have been going on a very good schedule, with the first bottle at 7, but with her screaming and crying so much i've had no choice, and then i have to alter the rest of the day's schedule. How can I try and get her to sleep the extra few hours again??? I think she is probably too young for CIO? I don't know why she suddenly wakes up at 4! The only thing that has changed is that i tried to start solids- but she is only taking about only 4 baby spoons and only once a day. We never had a routine nap schedule and she sleeps about the same amount in the day as she was before. Any advice??? Thank you!

She may be teething. Its ver uncimfortable for them. Maybe give her a binky to self soothe, or just give her the bottle and let her fall back down. Her sched shouldnt be that off track with an extra bottle. We fed on demand with ds. So, the whole compncept of a timed bottle is foreign to me

Ds sttn from 11 weeks up until he was 4 months, when he decided he wanted to torture us. He woke up every 2-3 hrs for 3 weeks straight. I bf him back to bed each time. After those 3 weeks of hell he started sttn again. IMO it is just a phase. I wldnt neglect the baby of food just BC of a schedule at 4 months. This phase will pass.
