it has a crawlspace basement and it is like two minutes from the pkwy, southern state, just close enough to get to, just far enough not to hear it

i don't have kids yet, but from what i know the only school that has possible issues is the high school, and even that i know neighbors who have loved it and had no probs, the elementary and junior high, from what i hear are great
