3D sono -- when?
I think I'd like to do a 3D sono but don't know much about them. When do most people go? Approximately how much does it cost and what is involved?
I was originally thinking about doing a package with one earlier sono (16-18w) and one later in hopes of finding out the gender early - my old OB didn't have a sono machine and I'd only get scans at 12 and 20w - but now I switched practices and my new OB has a sono on site and sends you for a 12, 16 and 20 week scan so I only want one 3D sono later on.

I was told to wait until 30 weeks bc the baby will have enough fat on it to get a good pic.
