3D gender determination question

How many weeks were you when you got your 3d gender determination? Was it accurate?

I'm getting a 3d to determine gender, but I'm split between whether to go earlier (16 weeks) or later (17-18 weeks). Is there a benefit to going later?

I went at 16 weeks but my brat wouldn't cooperate, then she had me come back at 17 weeks and we saw the goods! 16 weeks isn't too early as long as the baby is in the right position!

We didn't do a 3D for a gender determination -- just the regular anatomy scan at 19 w in 2D. But we went last week for a 3D sono and since the baby's upside down got an AMAZING shot of his goods. 100% boy down there. I'm 28 weeks though. The longer you wait, the more accurate it'll be. We were told at our NT u/s at 12 w this pregnancy that it's a boy, though, and that was just from the 2D. If the place you're going has a "come back free if the baby is uncooperative" policy, you could try sooner.

I went at 16 weeks and she told me boy. She got a VERY good shot. The baby was uncooperative at first but then she had me drink OJ and a couple minutes later he was moving around. It was confirmed at 20 weeks that I was having a boy.

i went at 17w and it was accurate.. she was @$$ up so they got a great shot of her lol.. at my 20w ultra screen it was confirmed
