39wks - After seeing doc today, now have "blood" when I wipe (TMI)
What do you think this could be?
Doc said I was about 2cm when I saw him today, which is pretty much how I've been the past 2 weeks. No change.
I just went to the bathroom and there's blood. Brownish on my underwear, but red when I wipe.
The doc scheduled me for a c-section for this Wednesday. Even if I go in for labor before that, it would be a c-section because of the risks involved in the size of our baby (a decision we did not come to lightly, but one that we feel is safest for the baby).
Is there anything I should do? Should I call my doc?

I would say that is from the exam, that happened to me Saturday, I had a cervical exam friday afternoon and had bood the next day.

That happened to one of my friends last month and she went into labor the next morning!

Pretty common at the end to have some bleeding after an exam if you're dialating. I would see how it goes tonight and call tomorrow if it is still happening. The cervix is soooooo vascular and at the end it bleeds from just about anything that touches it ie: doctor, penis, vaginal probe is used for some reason. You get the drift
