not bad- the inside is nice- the outside could use alittle more style
I am questioning the built in 1990- but I feel like they might be refering to an addition? b/c it looks like it was a ranch that got a second story added
b/c the neighborhood I think it's in doesn't have houses that look like that- it's ranches and hig ranches-

I saw this house from the outside - its on a block behind another block with only one other house on it. very secluded and quiet. I looks like a developer wanted to build out a whole block but got stopped (maybe because the rest of the area is a woodlands??)
You are right, the rest of the neighborhood is high ranches and regular ranches.

I really LOVE the houses out there! (I haven't seen any in person...just the ones posted on here.) I wish it was closer to Nassau.

eta: those taxes are high for that area (everything else is listed at $6K) which makes me think it really was built in 1990...

the taxes are higher then my Dad's house- which is just south of 25A
on a 1/2 acre
it doesn't make sense- but that doesn't surprise me

I wish I knew that a month or 2 ago- my inlaws just sold there house for $385- it was all redone and very nice
my Dad's house is forsale- but it closer to $600K
