38 weeks and......
I have had cramps, pressure in my stomach and back, and contractions on and offs the past 2 nights.
BH or real thing I am not sure
Last week I was 1cm, and all week i have been walking etc.
Doc apt tmrw I hope I progressed, can't wait yo meet this little man
Has anyone else experienced this?
Update
Well my ob said they are real contractions. Still not close or painful enough for the real thing
Especially since I am barely 2cm dialated

I have not dilated yet but his head is "really low" and I am completely effaced. I have been having TERRIBLE braxton hicks since my last internal Thursday. Well, I think braxton hicks lol. Good luck, let me know what the doc says.

It's probably just your body getting ready. That is how I have felt both times at the end of both my pregnancies. Braxton hicks goes from just pressure to pain and pressure.
Real contractions don't stop and I usually feel it in my back as well as in the front. Could be soon for you tough. You never know.
Can't explain it but you will just know when real contractions start.

I had a similar experience and I went into labor one week after it started.

Things can change quickly once the contractions start coming closer together. Once my contraction were consistent I progressed form 3 cm to 10 cm in about 3 hours. Hopefully things will start to progress for you soon.

Same here. It took me 3 days to go from closed to 3cm and then 4 hours to go from 3cm to fully dilated and ready to push. You're getting so close!
