38 weeks ...
Had mild period cramps this am. Nothing bad at all. But now all day my stomach has been tightening up into this weird cone shape. It's not painful at all just really weird looking and lasts for like 30 seconds. What is this?

If it's not painful, it's BH contractions. But if you have a bad back ache as well, it could be labor contractions. Just keep drinking water and see if they keep going and get closer together.
The cone shape has to do with the weakened muscles in your abs and how big the baby is right now. If you lean back in a certain position, you can make the cone shape happen (it's really funny).  Post baby crunches are definitely in order (for all of us!).
So excited for you!!!! Baby's coming soon!!!
