And it will take 6-8 weeks.
Yes it is great having an expensive watch because they last forever and gain value as they get older but my goodness when something goes wrong it is expensive!!
And they want $100 to clean it

what kind of watch is it?
even though mine is from Bailey, Banks & Biddle, I bring it to Fortunoff for battery replacement. they do it in an hour or less and it's less than 1/2 the price. B,B&B used to send it out and I would be without it for 2 weeks!

Ugh! Must be the magic number!!
When my DH's Tagheuer broke, Fortunoff's told us we had to send it to the authorized after sales service center...
So, I had to ship it to NJ and pay over $300
My Raymond Weil's crystal shattered and I had to schlep it to Manhattan and it was also over $300!
