37 week 5 day Appt Update
So at almost 38 weeks my  is a little too comfy in my belly. There was no progress as of last nights appt. and his head is still fairly high.
He's measuring 8lbs 6ozs right now, so as the Dr. put it he's "on the big side".
The Dr. seemed a little concerned with the lack of progress mostly because of my pre-existing high blood pressure. He said right now the two scenearios are:
1 - I go to 40 weeks and if I still haven't progress he induces me but that may lead to a c-section if this little boy really doesn't at least come down.
2 - He let's me go past my due date but since I'm a high blood pressure sufferer and my is on the big side that it will be too much stress on me.
Please send me some progress vibes and progress advice!!
The only good thing that came of last nights appt is that he gave me a note to stop commuting. I am at work today but I think it's my last day. I spoke with my manager this morning and I want to work from home so I don't lose any income. We'll see if they let me.

Maybe commuting will make more progress! If you stay home make sure you get up and move around!
I have an appt today lets see if I have any progress.
Have you had any contractions regular or BH?

I commute everyday and there's been no progress  . I just am in pain most of my coomute and uncomfortable. I commute 2 hours each way. I can't take it anymore...so I'm happy about not commuting  .
I do try to walk around as much as I can even when I'm in the office. I'm just going to have to dedicate more time to walking around.
I have gotten BH and they have been coming more regularly. I think I even have felt contractions, but nothing that lasted very long or with any consistency.
I know you don't want any progress yet.....so I'm sending you no-progress vibes, so you an DH can get as close to tax day as possible

So i am going to pass any progress that I have on to you!  ...I will find out today at my appt!
Your little one is wayy to comfy in there...he needs to just come out already! BD alot eat spicy foods and walk a mile! HA all the things i am avoiding!
Someone said eggplant helps labor, at my inlawas every sunday my MIL makes eggplant, I wouldnt eat it sunday!

I know how you feel. I'm 39W3D and last week was barely 1cm! I stopped commuting at 38 weeks too. It's tough riding the trains and all that. I noticed that I have TONS more energy now that I'm not commuting so I'm much more active- which will hopefully bring progress!
