I spoke with *Keith* a few hours ago.
I can report that in fact she did NOT win. She came in second. First prize went to a dude dressed as the Stay Puft Marshmellow Man.
I feel the whole voting process was corrupt and demand a recount.....

WHAT!!!  How does a person dressed in a white suite stuffed with pillows and call themselves stay puft win. Thats not right.
I agree I demand a recount I suggest we all gather around Stay Puft and roast him
