34 weeks and still breech UPDATE!!!
how can i flip this baby? please tell me.. I was down on all fours yesterday swaying my hips back and forth.. it was truly a sight to behold. What else can I do... my dr. is having me come in next week so check again, and then discuss "options" 
I was doing yoga, excercise everything prepping to push this munchkin out.. what can i do besides a version to get this baby to be head down.
And if anyone had a breech baby and C - please talk to me.. 
UDPATE:
we went in today for a sono.. and at 35 weeks, my little munchkin flipped!!!  all that yoga must have helped!! now lets hope I can push this baby out..

My son was breech until 38 weeks and flipped on his own...
I was scheduled for a c-section anyway so it didn't make a difference to me either way.
There's still a chance!!! Good luck!

you can do accupuncture, or go to a chiropractor that specializes in the webster method. if you need a rec. just FM me.
a friend of mine just had a successful version yesterday at 40w. So although I know you want to avoid that if possible, if all else fails there is still hope!!

i didn't do anything and he flipped on his own
honestly, i didn't even know he'd flipped until i had another sono and they confirmed he was head down again - he moves so constantly that i must have missed it. Try not to stress about it too much, there's not a whole lot we can do to control these things sometimes! everything i've read has said that they can turn at anytime on their own, up until minutes before you actually give birth

thank you.. i'm going in next week so hoping baby flipped but its so reassuring to hear that they can flip until the last minute.

I was just reading about ways to get a breech baby to flip (a friend of mine had a breech baby last week, who has since flipped). I read that baby will naturally move toward a comforting sound. So it was suggesting to play a recording of your voice very low on your belly (where you ideally want the head to be). Baby is comforted by mom's voice, since it is a very familiar sound, and they may be inclined to move towards it.
Another suggestion is to spend some time in downward dog position (yoga)- this inverted position will be uncomfortable for baby, and may help them flip.

my dr. didn't recommend version for me either.. so its most likely a no go.. mainly because its my first and i have an anterior placenta.. i'm going to do the yoga and hip poses and see what dr. says next week.. and if there's still no hope, i'll get the chiro info from you.. thanks bear

I just asked my doc about this yesterday, he said no worries. The baby will continue to flip until 37 weeks. If at 37 weeks you are still breech, they will address it then.

that was me yesterday.. downward dog, with swinging hips..  and i will try to talking and music technique.. some in utero disciplining is needed

That is what I was told too. I am 33 weeks and DD is breech and I am freaking out because I want to avoid a C-section at all costs. I was told I am a good candidate for a version and will absolutely do that if it comes down to it past 37 weeks. DS was born around 38 weeks so they want to do the version sooner than later but hopefully it won't come to that. My midwife wasn't too concerned and told me that they more than likely flip before they are born. Good luck!

Great news!!! Did you feel the baby flip? My Dr. keeps telling me I will feel DD flip and I haven't and I am 36 weeks tomorrow.
