Must have for after labor
With all the talk about the hospital bag, I just remembered how much I LOVED these after I delivered my son. They were FABULOUS for the few days after birth.

I second this. These were so helpful for afterwards, especially with a c-section scar. I stole a lot of them from the hospital too. Definitely use these!!!!

I didn't know that some hospitals carry them...I brought in my own...which hospital did you deliver at?

south nassau had ones very similar to that, they were great! held up those enormous pads they give you and they also helped hold up the pad the nurse told me to put over my c-section scar 
but i have to say i was very happy to get back into my old underwear when i went home!!
