Has anyone ever used decorations like this at a party or seen them?
If so, are they bought or made? If bought, what are they called? I've done a number of google searches and can't find anything very similar? If made - anyone have any tips on making? I love the look and what to copy it for my DS's bday...

They look like paper circles attached to the ceiling with ribbon. I have never seen that before.

If you wanted to do something like that let me know. I have a zillion white plastic circles like that at work. You can have them for free - you would just need to paint them.

Wow thanks for the offer! The party is actually this week though so i won't have time to make these with painting and such - maybe i can find circles like that already colored? I wish I could just buy them somewhere already made!

Did you look at a craft store or paper store supplies?

Maybe if you can't find them you should uses the ones that babyCote has and write stuff on them like his name his age or even print pictures of him through the months/years - just a thought :)

Can't you just make them out of colored construction paper? Then hole punch them and hang them with curling ribbon?
