Paint Shop Pro?

Anyone use it?

Would you say it is user-friendly/easy to use?

Does it allow you to alter pics to black and white, specific colorization, red eye, resizing, cropping, etc?

Any other words of wisdom?

I use it! I find it to be very user friendly which is why I use that program instead of photoshop.

You can do everything you listed and more.

I've also found a lot of tutorials online that helped me to learn the program better.

I have it. I used to use it a lot. Very easy to use in terms of editing photos, fixing lighting errors, skin tones, etc.

I prefer photoshop as it has all of that plus I can do the grahic design a bit.
