PSA - BRU returns
I'm not sure if anyone posted this yet, but I was in BRU in Commack today and they said starting in Aug. they would not accept any returns without a receipt. If you have something to return without a receipt do it soon. They were always so easy with returns. That's what I loved about them.

Yes but they give you the lowest price that item sold for.
I don't see anything wrong with this. They have been doing this for as long as I know. If I didn't have the receipt I would never get cash back. I always got store credit. 99% of stores are like this.

That's what I was thinking. I always got a credit with no receipt.

I returned something yesterday w/o a receipt for store credit, they told me that starting in August there will be absolutely no returns w/o a receipt, not even for a store credit.

That's like the TRU policy Very annoying! I guess it has to do with the troubles economy, but what a pain!

Sorry I wasn't clear. This is what I meant. No returns at all. Not even for a credit. I didn't know other BRU had been doing this already. I always returned without a receipt and got store credit no problem. I'll miss that alot!
