Re: 30 week Anxiety
Prob a combo. I find myself getting anxious over things too, finding a house in time, wondering if my job is gonna be p issed that I'm only coming back pt. I'm actually looking foward to giving birth! Wierd I know! My friend just had her baby and it's making me want to have mine already. I was nervous about it in the beginning, but now I look foward to it!! Hang in there! We all have our days!

Re: 30 week Anxiety
I'm feeling the anxiety too. I'm 32 weeks and I'm getting very nervous about the delivery and also the possibility of a c-section. Too make me even more worried, at my last doctor's appointment they told the baby is measuring to be big! I know their estimates can be off, but both my sister and I were big babies Hang in there, it will all be worth it.

Re: 30 week Anxiety
I have anxiety over sending my to daycare. I think the best thing is to take it one day at a time- i keep telling myself that I need to enjoy every moment. I know its hard but enjoy your pregnancy, and then your baby- everything else will fall into place when the time comes... its natural to stress about the future though!

Me too! I wish I could stay home for at least a year.

Absolutely normal! I have had the same issues since about 30 weeks.

Re: 30 week Anxiety
I'm a little over 30 weeks as well and feeling some of that anxiety too. Mine is also in the fear of pain during L& D and also that I won't have everything ready in time for when arrives. I've been trying to calm myself through prenatal yoga and just self talk....Reminding myself it will all work out the way it suppose to and these are all things that are out of our control....so just go with the flow.

Re: 30 week Anxiety
I do the prenatal yoga & relaxation exercises too, which help somewhat. I'm just getting overall anxiety over everything, and I think a large part of it is that I feel that I should be working & contributing to our household, but I haven't found a job.
Thx for the support, everyone!
