30 day shred
Holy Canolli!!
I got the DVD yesterday and figured I'd try it out last night...well NO ONE told me she was the devil reincarnated!!!!!
I was dripping sweat 15 min into it and had to give up, it took me 10 min just to catch my breath! I am so out of shape its disgusting!!
My mini goal is to get through this workout without wanting to punch Jillian in the face.

Yep i have this dvd too, I know what you mean, I was sweating in 10 minutes from the workout, I'm sticking to level 1 for a while than i move on to level 2.

from august til the end of september, id rollerblade for about a mile, and then id do the dvd. havent touched it since october.
popped it in for the first time last night, and Oh My God. i forgot how sadistic she is!
and for the record, everything hurt today...therefore... i shall start again on monday... lol
