3 weeks down. 3 weeks to go.
I am half way through with summer school. 3 weeks left. I'm feeling weighed down and REALLY wiped out. I wish I could stop. People think I am insane for working summer school being pregnant and perhaps I am. But the idea of being without a salary for 12 weeks with only disability to rely on can be terrifying. I work for a private agency that does not receive many of the same benefits that public school workers may receive.

Hang in there girl!! Let cheese, cold cuts and hot dogs pull you through!   You are definitely a trooper but I agree that it is daunting not having a full salary for that long. You can do it!!

3 weeks should fly by! And I know it's not "a lot" of time, but you do get to look forward to spending some uninterrrupted work time with your little girl.

The Dr took me out of work a couple of weeks ago bc of my swelling - I give the august mommies a lot of credit for still working bc I am sure it is really tough

It can be rough, but I am just like any other mother who has to work up until the end. There is a little break before my due date but my gut tells me I am going to go early. I just pray I don't go into labor at work because the closest hospital to where I work is Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn and it would be a cold day in hell before I would ever have a baby there. Sorry if that offends anyone but I have my reasons.

You can do it I worked up until 7/14 went into labor that evening after the doctor stripped my menbranes had the baby 7/16...just keep on going

Kings County!  I had to guard a prisoner there a few years back when I was a cop... what a shithole!! I would rather have my kid in my Honda Civic!!  ... that you don't go that early!

I was born there....almost 40 YEARS AGO....no offense taken. It's a gut hole now.
I can't believe your almost there. I worked until four days before I was induced, so I know how you feel. I thought I was going early, too, but he came right on his due date, so don't stress that one.
