Well, no one told me how HORRIBLE it would be!

I couldn't eat past 12 the night before. Did not get ANY sleep. Had to take the test at 8:30 the next morning... the drink is even grosser/sweeter than the 1-hour test. You can't eat or drink anything within those 3 hours. They take your urine and draw your blood at every hour!! BTW, I'm deathly terrified of needles. FOUR TIMES! I nearly passed out my third time! If DH wasn't there, I would've collasped on the floor.

I wasn't mentally prepared for this. I thought they'd just draw blood once at the end of the 3rd hour. Sorry if I'm freaking anyone out. Up to this point, today has been the most unpleasant pregnancy-related day, even worse than morning sickness!
