3 hour glucose...threw up
I went this morning in the snow and about 4 mins after drinking it I threw it all up... so they sent me home, waiting to hear from my ob to see what the game plan is... I can not do that again!! It was even worse coming out :(

I honestly didn't think it tasted bad at all. I may be aging myself but do you remember in elementary school those drinks that came in the barrel and had the aluminum top...all different flavors...red, green, orange, purple? The drink tastes like the orange barrel drink.

Aw, I'm so sorry. You're not alone - I had a very tough time with the drink and gagged during and after. The thickness of it really threw me off. I did use a straw which I found very helpful (i'm a terrible chugger!). Best of luck with your next test.

i had to redo the 1-hr with my 1st DC for the same reason. You'll likely just have to redo it --- the 2nd time I did it with DC1, I scheduled it for later in the day when I didn't usually feel as pukey.

It was bad Jackie, it was fine, but my body or the baby just didn't want it there... the smaller portion for the 1 hour I was fine, but this one came out almost right away

Was the drink cold? Next time you have to do it make sure the drink is cold or ask them to put it in a cup with ice. It will go down a lot better.

It was cold, straight from the fridge.
It wasn;t the drink, my body wouldn't keep it down

I thought it tasted like a thick version of this as well.... of the orange drink from McDonald's....
