3 cheese lasagna

I just made 3 cheese lasagna and it was Delicious!!!! I am so proud of myself.

I am not really much of a cook but tonight I wanted to try to make something I haven't made before.

I must say it was fairly simple!!! It wasn't from scratch- so I just used No boil lasagna, with jarred tomatoe sauce and then made the filling. This is def a start for me though...

So excited!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon :jump

I might start looking for some more easy recipes on this board.

If you have any- i love to learn some new recipes. I just do not eat any meat..(except chicken)

Sure!

I used for the filling...
32 oz container of Ricotta Cheese
one lightly beaten egg
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Then after, you have put everything together in the pan you use another 1 cup of mozzarella & 1/4 cup of parmesan to sprinkle all over the top of the lasagna
