3 across cars
My lease is going to be up soon and I’m looking for an SUV that fits 3 car seats or boosters in the second row.
Looking to ask the group...
Does anyone have this set up and what car & car seats do you use?
I keep looking at the specs of the second rows, but they are deceiving.

Re: 3 across cars
I have a pathfinder. It has latches on the right and left but not in the middle. My oldest son sits in the middle in a high back booster and to buckle him is an ordeal. My three year old is front facing behind me and my infant is rear facing in a bucket on the right. The three across don't fit perfectly but it works.
I can put the seven year old in the way back and I usually do. He climbs in from the trunk. Not the most ideal situation but I'm anti mini van

Re: 3 across cars
It’s definitely a tight fit, but my 3 fit across in a CR-V. My oldest is in a backless booster in the middle because that was the only way to fit the infant car seat and high back booster (Graco amp) on each side.

Same here except I have the Infiniti QX60. Now that my infant is really a baby and I had to put him in a regular car seat, buckling the high back booster became such an ordeal that I have been putting my oldest in the 3rd row and let him buckle himself. I'm not a huge fan of that either but it was really too tight. Plus now I can use that 2nd row flip up feature that sold me on the truck to begin with. Having a booster in the middle of the 2nd row prevented the 2nd row from flipping forward for easy access to the 3rd row.
When I had the 3 across, I had the Britax HBB, the Diono Radian and the Chicco key fit. The Dionos are narrow. I couldn't get the most narrow one for my 3rd guy so I got a Graco slim fit which is really not so slim. The diono is better. There's the Clek also but it's really expensive so I didn't get it.

3 across cars
i'm not sure if this is helpful for you, but my DH has a full sized Ram and he fits 3 car seats across perfectly. maybe you can find the specs online for the vehicles suggested and see what dimensions would work. when we were in the market for the pick up, we did not have 3 kids and did not plan to. thankfully, it worked out!
