3-4 month schedule
its been so long since i had to think about schedules. i dont remember when things change. right now Emme is 3.5 months and this is her schedule:
7am - wake up and bottle 8:30 - nap 10 - bottle 12 - nap 1 - bottle 3 - nap 4 - bottle witching hourS 7pm - bottle and bed
so she's eating every 3 hours, play then nap. when do they switch to 2 naps? i think i remember my son napping around 10 and 2? do they still feed every 3-4 hours?

3-4 month schedule
That looks like a good schedule for that age! And to be sleeping 7-7 is incredible at that age!

And I thought I was lucky when Ethan started sleeping 8 hours at that age. That's awesome! Sounds like a great schedule. DS is almost 8 months and most days only naps twice, but some days he's extra sleepy or in pain from teething and he'll do 3-4 shorter naps (sometimes I'll read on my daycare ap that he'll snooze for 15 minutes lol).
