3/4 BATH - Full Bath
Has anyone put a 3/4 bath or a full bath either upstairs in a house or in a basement?
How much does it usually cost?
TIA -Jess

Re: 3/4 BATH - Full Bath
We added a 3/4 bath that was not pre-existing to our upstairs master. It was part of a bigger construction job that cost $100K, so unfortunately I can't break out the cost of that work alone.

Mom mom added a bathroom in the basement, toilet, sink, shower and it cost $7000. This did not include the actual fixtures.

I think it would be cheaper upstairs because when it is in a basement you have to buy special pumps to pump the sewage up. We just renovated our bathroom, but it is ground level and was also part of a bigger construction job. We are very happy with our contractor if you would like his name let me know.
