2WW and Caffeine...
It's just starting to dawn on me that although I restrict the alcohol during the 2WW, I don't really limit the caffeine intake. Anybody else careful with the caffeine especially during the 2WW? I dunno if I should start to really watch that and then I'll be SUPER crabby but with good reason

I don't drink anything with caffeine normally, so I don't do anything different.

I never watched my caffeine during the 2WW. I don't drink coffee though, only tea, and an occasional soda.

I asked my RE about this. She said "you can have a cup a day, just don't drink a whole pot of Starbucks!" lol
I asked her about wine, too. She said "do what you gotta do to relax within reason. I'll see you when you're pregnant" :D

Doctor said 8oz per day is okay, but also that in general it's not great. I kicked the habit and never felt better. Once in a blue i treat myself to a shot of espresso.

i extremely limited caffeine from the beginning of IVF until a few weeks ago (DD is 5.5 months). i did get a lot of decaf frappucinos when i was pregnant, just cause they were soooo tasty!! but yeah i limited as much as possible. the good thing is that i just started drinking coffee again and now it only takes a small amount to really give me a nice wake up feeling which is pretty much a must when baby doesn't sleep through the night consistently!!

i rarely drink more than 1 cup of coffee a day... and its usually a small. I think that would be fine for the 2WW since its fin once youre pregnant!

I always eliminate caffeine during my 2WW. My RE never told me to, but it's just something I decided to do.

i don't know if can do w/o coffee in the morning....i never was a coffee person, but after waking up at 4am every morning now, i am addicted to coffee
