2nd Tri ladies...question....
I have not bought anything for the baby yet. I have my Level II next week and I have a feeling once we know the sex things will be full speed ahead..
But am I the only one who hasn't bought anything, hasn't done much really? I mean of course, I bought maternity clothes for me lol...I've been reading pregnancy & name books...but as far as actually buying things, getting prepared...have done nothing yet..haven't looked at nursery furniture..are waiting to find out the sex to paint...
Am i the only one? I feel like I'm behind for some reason... I will be 19 wks on Tuesday..
Anyone have any really good book or website recommendations that help you prepare? I have What to Expect..Girlfriends Guide..etc...

Im 24 weeks, we registered, after my shower we are going to set things up and buy things. I havent bought anything yet for my little one.

With my first I didn't register or really start looking at anything until after we knew the sex. This time, I have all of the big things already, but I didn't start getting ready until recently. I started in late January picking up some outfits & things I knew I'd need if I saw them on sale. I'm 37 weeks & we just bought the baby's dresser & started digging out the big things (swing, carseat etc) from DD to clean & put together. So nope, you're not the only one!

Im 21 weeks and have done very little actual preparation for baby...I was super sick my first trimester and literally COULDN'T do anything, and by the time I was feeling better I figured I would just wait until after my level 2 to begin.
I plan to begin registering today. I also am planning to begin clearing out the baby's room (our current guest room) this weekend (of course we'll see how much of this I actually get done). The only thing we have really bought for baby so far are a few cute novelty onesies that we picked up on vacation, nothing major.
I just started reading what to Expect the First Year and I'm finding it pretty useful.

I'm 17 weeks, and haven't done anything either. We're waiting to register until after the Level II. I haven't bought furniture yet, and that's something I wanted ordered by the beginning of April...we'll see what happens. I haven't purchased a thing for the baby, either. Probably once April & warmer weather get here, I'll be more motivated.

I don't think I bought anything for the baby when I was pregnant except the bedding. I registered around 17 or 18 weeks, but didn't finish it until I was around 24 weeks. I ordered the furniture at 28 weeks. We didn't move into our house until 5 days before DS was born so nothing was set up. We were fine though. I'm definitely making up for not having bought anything now. 
Don't worry about being behind. Do you have Baby Bargains? That was extremely helpful when registering.

I'm 18 weeks and haven't bought a thing yet. We're waiting until after our level II to register and will order the furniture when my mom is down visiting at the end of March.

baby bargains is a great book to use when thinking about what to register for.

our level II is in 2 weeks so once we find out if its a boy or girl we'll prob start buying things and start doing the registry.

I'm 21 weeks on Monday and ordered the crib tonight (my mom is paying for it and she's here this weekend from SC).
Otherwise we've just started cleaning office stuff out of what will be the baby's room.

I'm 16w5d and haven't bought a thing or registered. I feel the same way, until we know the sexes I am holding off. I have an idea of a few things Ilike but haven't seriosuly done anything yet.
