2nd time Mommies
Specifically those who had/are having their LOs close in age:
Did you experience a lot more aches and pains the second pregnancy?
I am so achy, crampy, and feeling so much pressure. I am only 16 weeks. I had the same amt of pressure with my son in the 3rd trimester!
My OB measured my cervix and I am only 3cm, which I am told is not great, but its not terrible. I was told no lifting and no exercise.
I am petrified of bedrest or cerclage. I am trying to stay positive and listen to their warnings.
I am maintaining open communication with my doc, but I wanted to see if anyone else had/has experience with this? I want to know if I should be concerned or not...

This pregnancy is totally different then my last...
I am soooo much more tired and so much more achy, back and belly... even my belly is like tender to touch this time around. I will just walk around Costco and be tired... IDK if its bc I have crazy DC running around also but OMG... my pregnancy with my DC1 was so much easier!

2nd time Mommies
I am 12 weeks pregnant and have pain in my lower abdomen that I had with DS in my 3rd trimester! I also get pains in my groin. I spoke to my on and he said everything is stretched and stretching again. Is there a reason why they checked your cervix? I have this irrationally fear that my cervix won't hold the baby in since I got pregnant at 5 months pp!

The checked my cervix because I told them I had vaginal pressure, like the pressure I had down below in my thrid tri.

The checked my cervix because I told them I had vaginal pressure, like the pressure I had down below in my thrid tri.
I hope everything is ok! Take it easy like your ob said. I don't have pressure but I do have shooting pain in what feels like my cervix. I had that at the end with DS so it's making me nervous.
