2nd night w/o swaddle not as good as first, but not terrible

so last night was night #2 wof DD not being swaddled after being swaddled every night since she was born. she is now 5 mos. the first night she only woke up once twice, and only once did we have to go in and give her a binky. but last night i feel like everytime i looked at the monitor she was moving around. we only went in once to give her the binky but even then she still stayed up. she only cried out once or twice, but i really feel like she was up most of the night.
any tips from swaddle graduate moms??? or is this the way it usually happens and hopefully after a few more nights she will be sleepling peacefully through the night?
