2nd birthday party location question
I'm on a search for someplace affordable and fun to have my DD 2nd birthday party.
Has anyone had a party at gymboree in Oakdale? Pros and Cons if you don't mind. It says on there website for 0 - 5 year old, does this mean that no one over 5 can come?
Has anyone had a party at Pump it up in Bohemia? Pros and Cons please.
Or if anyone has any other recommendations for a place for a 2nd birthday party those would be appreciated also.
TIA

Re: 2nd birthday party location question
I hate bounce places! I think they are expensive and every time I have been or when we had Andrew's Birthday there, it was super rushed!!!
Are there any rec centers near you?
We booked Alexa's 2nd Birthday at our local Rec Center and it is only $230 for 10 kids.

Thanks - silly question about the local rec center, what do the offer, just the place and you have to bring everything with you?

Re: 2nd birthday party location question
they had the little ramps for the kids to roll the balls down so they could bowl, easy breezy party, they supplied food and cake, a hostess and clean up! Id do it again in a heartbeat.
We also just did McDs, this year for his 3rd and LOVED that too!

It is like a Gymbore type room. It is called Roll Around. They have ball pits, mats everywhere, trampolines, zip line type thing. Then you go into a party room. You pay for food so we are just getting pizza delivered and juice boxes.

That sounds like what I'm looking for. One more question if you don't mind. How would I find a local rec in my area I'm in Medford, but will travel a bit if I have to.

I found this list for you.
Rec Centers Town of Islip
Maybe call and see if they offer something like this.
The rec center we go to is in RVC.
