2nd and 3rd trimester ladies....
Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm almost 21 weeks.... and my belly is getting big! Starting several days ago, whenever I sit (ex. at my desk for hours), when I stand-up, I feel achy in the abdominal area (ab muscles + possibly my uterus). My upper/inner thighs also ache. I walk down the hall... and within a minute or 2, I feel fine again...
it's as if the transition from sitting to standing postures is the problem... I feel fine sitting, and I feel find standing / walking...
I'm presuming this is normal preggo-achiness.... What do you think?

Don't know if it's normal, but I've been experiencing it in this trimester (I'm 37wks on Sunday). I'm a cripple the first 2 minutes of standing after I had been sitting for more than 45 min.
I guess the trick is to move around more...but I lack the energy

my doc said this is round ligament pains. I have the same issue when I stand up. I have to "walk it out" it hurts right below my belly and right under my hooha

I have the same thing when I get up. It feel like pressure and heaviness in my uterus but then after a minute or two it goes away. Maybe it's the baby and all "my parts" repositioning after sitting for a while. (I am also 21 weeks)

thanks... it makes me feel better knowing others experience this....
yeah, I find myself sitting at my desk these days reclined ALL the way back to make room for Crouton... he kicks if I lean forward to see something on the screen... I guess these pains are more of the same.....

yeah, as you get bigger the pressures of everything wear on you more...the belly gets achy, so does the area down there, hips get sore, back hurts, etc. But, once I get going I'm not that bad.
